Kenny Haglund advises public and private business corporations and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, securities and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and corporate and real estate finance.

He regularly counsels publicly-traded companies in ongoing securities compliance, including securities obligations, periodic reporting and EDGAR filing requirements.

Chambers USA’s Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has listed Kenny as a “Leading Lawyer,” recommending him for his significant experience in M&A transactions between financial organizations.
