We’re built on the best of our past combined with an innovative vision for our future.
Our lawyers work with a venerable list of clients in the Pacific Northwest and around the globe — from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and startups — and we take great pride in serving not only as their trusted legal counsel, but also as their partners in business.
We invest in our attorneys and provide the resources and environment to enable our colleagues to build and grow their practices. Our inclusive and high-functioning practice team structure allows for shared accountability while encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation. And, we rely on a strong team of professional staff to support our attorneys and allow them to remain focused on our clients.
Our firm culture is based on mutual respect both within our firm and in the communities in which we reside. We are committed to building and maintaining a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive workplace for colleagues from diverse backgrounds. It is important to us that our attorneys are not just excellent lawyers but top-notch individuals as well. We are a signatory of the American Bar Association Well-Being Pledge, and in response to the pandemic we’ve implemented new initiatives focused on wellness in the workplace. We have a consistently strong record of giving back to our communities through philanthropy and pro bono efforts, and by encouraging our employees to be actively engaged with non-profit and charitable organizations. And, we’ve intentionally embraced a flexible work environment and invested in state-of-the-art technology that enables our attorneys to thrive and be successful wherever they are working.
We are proud to offer competitive benefits and the opportunity for exciting career growth and an exceptional quality of life.
