Katie Gallagher counsels clients on a wide variety of business matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate financings. Through her experience working on dozens of deals ranging from straightforward to complex, Katie understands the importance of tailoring legal solutions to the particular business goals of each client.

Katie also advises clients with regard to regulatory and compliance matters, helping resolve issues with early childhood education regulatory agencies across the U.S. Katie provides guidance on federal, state, and local funding systems and government contracting in the early childhood industry. She also advises on risk management, health and safety practices, and other business operations. Before joining Lane Powell, Katie served as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for KinderCare Education.
