Edmund has extensive experience in ethical, transactional and litigation matters. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Edmund was Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs for GreenBox Point of Sale, a blockchain merchant services startup. At GreenBox, Edmund advised the company on transactional and privacy matters. Before joining GreenBox, he served as Conflicts Counsel for Williams Kastner & Gibbs, PLLC, where he provided strategic legal counseling on compliance and ethical issues in litigation and transactions. He also spearheaded the implementation of a new client intake, conflicts and ethical walls process for the firm. Prior to Williams Kastner, Edmund was a Real Estate Litigation Associate at Pite Duncan LLP, where he represented large financial institutions in mortgage dispute, foreclosure and eviction litigation throughout Washington state.
