Edmund H. Lee has joined Lane Powell as Director of New Business & Conflicts. In this role, Lee will review all new firm business to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest while developing risk management policies aimed at bringing new business and talent into the firm in an efficient and ethically responsible manner.
Prior to joining Lane Powell, Lee was Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs for GreenBox Point of Sale, a blockchain merchant services startup. He also previously served as Conflicts Counsel for Williams Kastner & Gibbs, PLLC, where he provided strategic legal counseling on compliance and ethical issues in litigation and transactions, and implemented a new client intake, conflicts and ethical walls process for the firm.
Lee received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
