Aleksander Schilbach

Associate

Sascha Schilbach focuses his practice on estate planning and estate-related litigation, including TEDRA litigation for high net worth families and individuals.

Sascha has experience drafting wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, trust amendments, and TEDRA agreements. He also has experience with TEDRA disputes, commercial litigation, probate litigation, estate tax challenges, and appeals.

Before practicing law, Sascha clerked for the Honorable David S. Mann at Division I of the Washington Court of Appeals. As a clerk, he drafted bench memorandums and draft opinions on a variety of civil and criminal matters.

Sascha is a devoted husband and father who loves to ski, cycle, and travel.
