Sascha Schilbach has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Private Client Services and Fiduciary Litigation Teams. Schilbach focuses his practice on estate planning and estate-related litigation, including TEDRA litigation for high net worth families and individuals.
He has experience drafting wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, trust amendments and TEDRA agreements. He also has experience with TEDRA disputes, commercial litigation, probate litigation, estate tax challenges and appeals. Before practicing law, Schilbach clerked for the Honorable David S. Mann at Division I of the Washington Court of Appeals. As a clerk, he drafted bench memorandums and draft opinions on a variety of civil and criminal matters.
Schilbach received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, his M.A. from the University of Washington and his B.A. from Willamette University.
