Molly Perkins serves as Lane Powell’s Director of Attorney Recruiting and Integration, where she develops and guides a recruitment strategy based on the firm’s needs and goals, with considerations of market demand.

She oversees all aspects of lateral attorney integration efforts, and law student and attorney recruiting, including the interviewing and other processes for new attorney hires.

Molly has a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and professional development, in the legal field and beyond. This experience helps her effectively engage with new and prospective attorney hires, ensuring that those new to the firm have a clear path forward in their professional and personal growth.
