Kellen F. Patterson

Shareholder

Kellen Patterson is an experienced commercial litigator whose practice centers on complex commercial construction disputes. She handles the full range of dispute resolution and litigation proceedings, with a focus on achieving efficient and pragmatic solutions to clients’ construction-related problems.

Kellen has wide ranging experience handling all aspects of complex litigation, including pre-suit claims handling and negotiations, large-scale e-discovery, mediation, motions practice and appeals. She is well versed in both arbitration and court settings.

Kellen also has a strong background in advising and representing public entities, having represented numerous Washington state municipalities and school districts, including in both land use and administrative proceedings.

Kellen is active in various industry and legal organizations, and is currently serving as a Board Member on the Seattle Architecture Foundation. She has also served as a member of the King County and State Boards of the Washington Women Lawyers. In addition, Kellen is active in the Washington Chapter of the American Counsel of Engineering Companies.
