Associate

Dan Goodman utilizes his securities and corporate law experience to develop impactful and constructive solutions for clients across industries ranging from micro-enterprises to high-tech companies.

Dan combines his business acumen and deep legal know-how to provide clients with effective results in the areas of business practices and formation, corporate growth and governance, fundraising and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise law.

Prior to private practice, Dan served as a financial legal examiner in the Securities Division of the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. While there, he reviewed franchise and securities offerings, engaged in agency rulemaking, and served as a member of the North American Securities Administrators Association’s REIT project group.
