He has extensive experience in the purchase and sale of auto dealerships and other businesses; strategic business planning and organization; capital formation and securities; corporate governance and cooperatives.

Cliff has a deep understanding of dealer and manufacturer relations and counsels auto dealers and other privately held businesses in succession planning, growth and organizational strategies, and buy/sell transactions.
