Andrew J. Geppert

Associate

Andrew Geppert is a member of the Creditors’ Rights, Finance and Banking and Real Estate Teams. Andrew routinely represents clients in all aspects of insolvency work, including the representation of debtors, lenders, creditors, trustees, and receivers both in and out -of-court. He also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with loan documentation, loan enforcement, and other financial services issues.

His education and professional experience provide a unique value to clients dealing with insolvency matters, including debtor and court-appointed trustee or receiver representations, complex loan workouts and lender representation, and distressed asset acquisitions and investments.
