Lane Powell will move its Seattle headquarters in June 2025 to the Russell Investments Center. This move will encompass over 250 local employees relocating to an office setting built for the future in the heart of downtown Seattle.

The building is also LEED Platinum certified for energy efficiency, conservation, and indoor environmental quality.
