Lane Powell has selected Callie Castillo and Mohammed Workicho to participate in the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs.
Castillo joins the 2024 class of LCLD Fellows, a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. The Fellows participate in a year-long program devoted to relationship building, virtual training, peer-group projects, and contact with LCLD’s top leadership.
Workicho joins the 2024 class of LCLD Pathfinders, a program designed to train high-performing, early-career diverse attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Lane Powell has been a member of LCLD since 2013 and has been recognized by LCLD as a ‘Top Performer’ and Compass Award winner.
