Andrew Kirshenbaum has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Commercial Litigation and Electronic Discovery, Technology & Strategy Teams.
Kirshenbaum represents clients in complex matters involving structured finance, insurance, mass tort, and commercial disputes. He has experience litigating before federal and state courts. He handles the array of litigation processes, including pre-litigation investigations, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and appeals.
In particular, Kirshenbaum has extensive experience counseling clients on all issues related to discovery, including, discovery strategy, document review management and workflow, utilizing artificial intelligence to aid review, collection, production, and privilege issues. He has led the e-discovery process for a variety of litigation types, including product liability, finance, privacy law, and class actions.
Kirshenbaum received his J.D., cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, in Government from Skidmore College.
