Lane Powell has selected Priya Vivian and Christopher Motta-Wurst to participate in the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs, respectively.
Vivian joins the 2021 class of LCLD Fellows, a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. The Fellows participate in a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, virtual training, peer-group projects, and contact with LCLD’s top leadership.
Motta-Wurst joins the 2021 class of LCLD Pathfinders, a program designed to train high-performing, early-career diverse attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Director of Professional Development and Diversity Melissa Berry notes, “Our participation in LCLD reflects the Firm’s ongoing commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion and investment in our attorneys’ development as emerging leaders.”
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Lane Powell has been a member of LCLD since 2013 and has been recognized by LCLD as a ‘Top Performer.’
