Lane Powell has selected Lisa Poplawski and Geoff Palachuk to participate in the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs, respectively.
“This is a wonderful honor for Lisa and Geoff,” said Melissa Berry, Lane Powell’s Director of Professional Development and Diversity. “They join a select group of attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in our organization and in the profession.”
Poplawski joins the 2020 class of LCLD Fellows, a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. The Fellows participate in a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and contact with LCLD’s top leadership.
Palachuk joins the 2020 class of LCLD Pathfinders, a program designed to train high-performing, early-career diverse attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 320 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Lane Powell has participated in LCLD programs since 2013 and has been recognized by LCLD as a ‘top member.’
