Lane Powell has selected Dustin O’Quinn and Sativa Rasmussen to participate in the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs, respectively.
O’Quinn joins the 2019 class of LCLD Fellows, a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. The Fellows participate in a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership and the best teachers in the business.
Rasmussen joins the 2019 class of LCLD Pathfinders, a program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession. Lane Powell has participated in LCLD programs since 2013 and has been recognized by LCLD as a ‘top member.’
