Mike Reilly will present “The Interactive Process and the Interplay of the ADA, FMLA, and Worker’s Compensation” at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s “EEOC) “Special Topics Seminar” on September 11. The seminar will take place from 9-5 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel in Seattle. Reilly's presentation will address disability law developments and will occur from 1:15-2:15 p.m. He will present with Bill Tamayo, the EEOC’s San Francisco District Regional Attorney, and another panelist whom represents employees.
