Mary Lee Moseley has joined Lane Powell’s Seattle office where she will be co-chair of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group.
Moseley has 27 years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration, and has worked as a trusts and estates attorney in Maine, California and Washington. She has vast experience with complex planning, estate and gift tax return preparation, post-mortem planning and IRS audits. Moseley previously worked as a director with Deloitte Tax, LLP’s Estate, Gift and Trust Tax Practice for 16 years, where she was responsible for the planning and implementation of transfer tax strategies for high net worth individuals and complex estate administration.
Moseley received her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, her LL.M. in taxation from Boston University, her M.S. in sports administration from the University of Massachusetts, and her B.A., magna cum laude, in sociology and anthropology from Bowdoin College.
