Greg Fox has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL). Fox was one of nine candidates who was elected as a Fellow in 2016. He is the Chair of Lane Powell’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group and represents financial institutions, finance companies, commercial borrowers and other constituencies in all areas of commercial credit, including loan documentation, creditor/debtor and insolvency.
The ACCFL is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the field of commercial finance law through education, legislative reform and the recognition of distinguished practitioners, jurists and academics. The College offers a venue to promote and recognize outstanding achievement and advances in the field of commercial finance law.
