Julie H. Seidenstein has joined Lane Powell as Counsel to the Firm in the Real Estate Practice Group, where she will concentrate her practice on transactional real estate, real estate finance, and secured, unsecured, structured and project financing for regional and national clients. She represents institutional lenders, finance companies and borrowers with respect to construction and permanent real estate loans for retail, office, hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use properties on a national basis, including traditional balance-sheet loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities, participation and syndication structures, loan modifications and mezzanine financing.
Seidenstein’s broad real estate experience includes counseling clients in the sale, acquisition and development of commercial real estate, and the drafting and negotiation of loan documents, leases, loan sale agreements, legal opinions, and purchase and sale agreements. She also regularly advises clients in general corporate and business matters.
Seidenstein received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and received her B.A, magna cum laude, in English from the University of San Diego.
