The panelists covered the status of travel ban legislation, sanctuary cities and the availability of H-1B visas, and the impact these changes have on businesses from a national and regional viewpoint. On August 8, Heidi Anderson will serve on a panel discussing immigration from a personal perspective from noon to 1 p.m. The panel will address immigration rights, enforcement of immigration laws and how to be an ally. Panelists include Rich Stolz of One America, Enoka Herate of ACLU and Lt. Adrian Diaz of the Seattle Police Department. The panel will be moderated by Greg McLawsen of Sound Immigration. The event will take place at the WSBA office in downtown Seattle and via a live webcast.
