Paul Lambert has joined Lane Powell as a Shareholder on the Corporate, Finance and M&A Team.
As former Deputy General Counsel and Vice President for US Airways, Inc., Lambert is a seasoned aviation attorney. He advises clients in the acquisition, disposition, operation, leasing and financing of new and pre-owned aircrafts.
Lambert regularly negotiates transactions with the world’s largest airlines, airports, banks, aircraft lessors and finance companies, airframe, engine and avionics manufacturers and aircraft service facilities. He also assists clients on structuring and documenting debt and lease workouts and the enforcement of creditor’s right. Lambert is a member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading and serves on the Legislative Committee of the Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association.
In addition to his work in the aviation industry, Lambert is an experienced business attorney and counsels clients on corporate SEC filings, issuance of new corporate debt, corporate equity incentive plans and ethics policy compliance.
He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and his B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from Brigham Young University. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Lambert spent seven years at Aero Law Group PC.
