Lane Powell attorneys Andrew Gabel, Mike Nesteroff and Joan Robinson will present “Current Issues in Washington Commercial Real Estate” at the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Seattle King County’s Core Curriculum Seminar from 8 -11 a.m on Thursday, November 13 in the 12th Floor Conference Room at 520 Pike Street, in Seattle. The presentation will discuss commercial real estate forms and the limits of a broker’s practice of law; a legislative/legal update; and advertising, the Internet and social media. The seminar is primarily directed at real estate brokers and property managers. All Washington real estate brokers are required to take this course every two years to satisfy their licensing requirements, as set by the Washington State Department of Licensing.
