Kate Spelman and Tiffany Scott Connors will co-present “The Evolving Landscape of Copyright, Content Delivery and Fair Use in the CLE Context” at the Association for Continuing Legal Education’s 52nd Annual Meeting from 3:15-4:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 31. During their presentation, Spelman and Connors will discuss the implications of recent copyright “fair use” cases on the content and materials that CLE organizations now many consider, including the options in Open Access, crowdsourcing and other open education resources initiatives.
