Paul Swanson will present “Some Pros and Cons of Litigating Patent Cases in the Eastern District of Texas” at the Seattle IP American Inn of Court on Thursday, May 11 at 6 p.m. Swanson will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of litigating patent cases in a geographically remote, but specialized court system with very knowledgeable and motivated judges/law clerks, a patent-friendly jury pool and evolved rules of patent-specific practice.
