Participated in obtaining summary judgement dismissal in favor of a police department in an employment law matter. The plaintiff claimed that she had been sexually harassed by a coworker and that her employer discriminated against her on the basis of her gender and an alleged disability. The plaintiff also claimed that her employer retaliated against her and constructively terminated her employment. The client engaged in aggressive discovery and motion practice ultimately arguing that the plaintiff could not provide any factual support for her legal claims. The trial court agreed and dismissed all of the plaintiff's legal claims. The matter was affirmed on appeal.
